The Loving Foods story

A family business started in 2016 by Mendel, Faye and Adam, making organic, fermented, unpasteurised food and drink: kombucha and Jun, plus krauts, kimchi and fermented juices.

They buy from local farms wherever they can, never heat-treat anything, and pack everything in glass, never plastic.

How they brew

Handmade in small batches and fermented for at least three weeks. Their kombucha uses organic green tea and cane sugar. Their Jun, kombucha's lighter cousin, is brewed with organic green tea and honey instead.

Serving tip: Once opened, keep it in the fridge and finish within 15 days.

Loving Foods brews both kombucha and Jun. Raspberry & Tulsi and Blueberry & Lavender are the fruity kombuchas, and Matcha & Mint is the fresh, earthy one.

The two Jun-kombuchas, Hibiscus & Lime and Lemon & Ginger, are made with honey instead of sugar, so they're lighter and smoother.
