We keep this simple. Here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order details. We never see or store your full card details, as payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
When you join the Gut Feeling Newsletter: your email address.
When you browse our site: basic information about your visit, such as pages viewed and the device you're using, collected using cookies.

WHY WE USE IT
To process and deliver your orders, and to help if something goes wrong.
To send you the Gut Feeling Newsletter, only if you've signed up.
To understand how people use our site so we can improve it.
To meet our legal obligations, such as keeping sales records for tax purposes.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We never sell your data. We only share it with the services we need to run the shop:
- Shopify, which hosts our website and store
- Our payment providers, to take payment securely
- Royal Mail, to deliver your order
- Teemill, who print and deliver our T-shirts
- Our subscription and email services, to manage subscriptions and send the newsletter
- Analytics and advertising services (such as Google and Meta), to understand how the site is used and show relevant ads

COOKIES
Our website uses cookies. Some are essential for the site and checkout to work. Others help us understand how the site is used and measure our marketing. Where required, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies, and you can change your cookie settings in your browser at any time.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep order records for as long as we need to for legal and tax reasons, usually six years. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. Just email kevin@functionaldrinksclub.co.uk and we'll sort it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
