The tea, the fruit and the brew all come from one organic Welsh farm.
Single estate, small batch, raw and unpasteurised. Kev reckons it's next level.

Try fewer filters. Or ask us in the taproom, we've probably got something close.

Lucy George started planting tea in the fields of the Vale of Glamorgan in early 2014. What began as a small experiment to see what was possible is now many thousands of plants, and one of the first commercial tea farms in the UK producing 100% single estate tea.
The farm is Soil Association certified organic and run agroecologically, with fruit trees, Sichuan pepper and shrubs planted among the tea for shelter, healthier soil and wildlife. The same fields grow the yuzu, raspberries, apples and ginger that go into the kombucha.
Grown, brewed and bottled on the farm. Their own loose leaf green and black teas, organic raw cane sugar and fruit picked from the same fields, fermented in small batches and left raw and unpasteurised. Every batch is a little different.
Serving tip: Keep it in the fridge. Small floating bits of SCOBY are natural, safe to drink and a sign of a healthy brew.
Yes. Peterston is one of the first commercial tea farms in the UK. The tea, and the yuzu, raspberries, apples and ginger, are grown on the same organic farm in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Yuzu. It's Peterston's own favourite, and fruit grown in Wales still blows my mind.
