Delivery
£5.99 per order, Royal Mail Tracked. That's it. No free delivery threshold, so nobody's nudging you into an extra bottle you didn't want.
We pack your order within 3 working days, then it's tracked overnight. You'll get a tracking link by email. Weekends and bank holidays don't count as working days, sadly.
Free click and collect from the Otley Taproom
Every kombucha we sell online is stored at the Otley Taproom, 7 Manor Square, Otley, LS21 3AP, so collecting your Kombucha Club order is free. Pick collection at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready, usually within 24 hours. Collect Tuesday to Saturday during opening hours: Tuesday 10am to 2pm, Wednesday 10am to 4pm, Thursday 10am to 3pm, and Friday and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
Kits and maker packs
Making kits and maker 12 and 24 packs ship direct from the maker, in their own parcel. There's no extra delivery charge for them, and they can't be collected from Otley.
Keep it cold
Raw kombucha is alive. Get it in the fridge as soon as it lands. If it's been sat on the doorstep in the sun, open it slowly over the sink.

Tell us within 2 days of delivery and we'll sort it. Have a look at our returns and refunds policy.
