About this kombucha

Cucumber, Mint & Lime Kombucha

"Like your taste buds just dived into a spa and ordered a mojito."

This one’s crisp. It’s cool. It’s the booch equivalent of a cucumber eye mask and a rooftop cocktail minus the headache and existential dread.

Cucumber chills, mint freshens, lime zings. Your mouth? Refreshed. Your afternoon? Sorted.

Ingredients: Filtered water, Japanese sencha green tea, Chinese black tea with passionflower, organic unrefined cane sugar (most of it gets eaten by the culture), kombucha culture, cucumber, fresh mint, lime zest.

Why you'll love it:

It's a green juice with sass. A mojito with morals. It looks like something you'd order after a hot yoga class, but it tastes like a rooftop bar in Ibiza. The flavour that says, “I do yoga, but I’ll still dance on tables.”

The best thing in the fridge on a hot day, by a country mile.

Brewed in North London by a scientist-turned-kombucha-brewer with a serious knack for fermentation and a rebellious streak.

Want the science? Here's what the research actually says about fermented drinks, minus the hype.

Raw and alive

Raw means unpasteurised. The bacteria and yeasts from fermentation are still in there, which is why it needs to stay cold.

Like all kombucha, it has a trace of alcohol from fermentation, always under 0.5% ABV, and a little caffeine from the tea it's brewed with.

Storage: keep it cold

Fridge it from the moment it lands to the moment you drink it. Warm raw kombucha gets lively, so open it slowly over the sink if it's been out. Once open, keep it in the fridge and finish it within a few days.
