Sparkling water, water kefir culture (filtered water, organic kefir cultures, organic sencha green tea extract, organic raw cane sugar), white grape juice from concentrate, orange juice from concentrate, lime juice from concentrate, natural flavourings, live cultures (Bacillus clausii).

Belly Dance is Hannah and Harriet, two friends who met teaching yoga in East London. Hannah was studying nutrition, Harriet's newborn had just been prescribed antibiotics, and both of them fell head first down the gut microbiome rabbit hole. They couldn't find a fermented drink they actually wanted to drink, so they started brewing water kefir at home. Hundreds of recipes and an alarming number of Kilner jars later, their London kitchens gave up. Enter, Belly Dance.
