Earthy, bold and genuinely alive. Boo Chi Korean Ginseng to Boost is a raw, unpasteurised kombucha made with one whole organic ingredient: Korean ginseng.
Rich, earthy and full of live cultures, this is kombucha with real backbone.
Like a long walk through a misty forest with a very calm mate.

Boo Chi Korean Ginseng to Boost is a traditionally brewed kombucha made with organic tea and whole Korean ginseng root, nothing else. No extracts, no flavourings, no shortcuts. Just slow fermentation and real ginseng in every bottle.
It's the most grown-up bottle in the fridge. Deep, earthy, a little bit bitter in the best way, like a fancy aperitivo that's sworn off the booze. It's the one to pour when the guests are on the Negronis and you want something every bit as sophisticated. Bonus points if you serve it with olives.
Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) is a root that's been brewed into teas in Korea for centuries. Here, it's the only ingredient besides the tea, which gives this kombucha its earthy, rooty depth.
Deep, earthy and grounding, with the subtle tang of raw kombucha underneath. It’s bold without being bitter, and refreshing in a way that feels properly grown-up rather than just thirst-quenching.
Yes. Boo Chi is never pasteurised or filtered, so the live cultures from fermentation are still in every bottle. Keep it in the fridge.
No. Boo Chi is a non-alcoholic kombucha. Perfect as a soft drink alternative, a mindful drinking choice, or the base of a seriously good cocktail or mocktail.
Straight from the bottle, over ice, or shaken into something special.
Method: Squeeze grapefruit and lime juice into a shaker with mezcal and honey. Add ice and shake until chilled. Rim a glass with salt, add ice, pour in the mezcal mixture, then top with Boo Chi Korean Ginseng. Garnish with lime. For a non-alcoholic version, simply skip the mezcal.
Want the science? Here's what the research actually says about fermented drinks, minus the hype.
Raw means unpasteurised. The bacteria and yeasts from fermentation are still in there, which is why it needs to stay cold.
Like all kombucha, it has a trace of alcohol from fermentation, always under 0.5% ABV, and a little caffeine from the tea it's brewed with.
Fridge it from the moment it lands to the moment you drink it. Warm raw kombucha gets lively, so open it slowly over the sink if it's been out. Once open, keep it in the fridge and finish it within a few days.
