You ever sip something that makes your gut AND your taste buds throw a party? Welcome to the wild, weirdly wonderful world of Blighty Booch small-batch kombucha that’s brewed properly and tastes like joy in a bottle.

This isn’t some mass-produced sugar bomb pretending to be healthy.

It’s raw, organic, unpasteurised kombucha brewed in the heart of North Wales by two legends who swapped paintbrushes for SCOBYs.

Let’s break the 5 flavours down.

Bramley & Elderflower

Posh orchard vibes meets garden party delight.

Crisp Bramley apple with a whisper of elderflower, like sipping summer. It’s fresh, floral and dangerously drinkable. You’ll feel like you're in a Hugh Grant rom-com, but without the emotional damage.

Gut tip: Apple and elderflower both support digestion and soothe inflammation. Your insides will love this one.

Cherry

Fruit punch that slaps.

This isn’t that fake cherry flavour from your childhood Calpol. This is bold, tart, juicy cherry brewed with real culture (literally). It’s got depth, body, and attitude.

Gut tip: Full of antioxidants and naturally energising. Perfect if your gut needs a reset and your taste buds are bored.

Nettle & Rosehip

Wild. Herbal. A bit rock’n’roll.

Think earthy, fresh, slightly floral, with a wild edge. If kombucha had a rebellious older cousin who forages and plays acoustic guitar in forests, this would be it.

Gut tip: Nettle helps detox and reduce inflammation. Rosehip brings the vitamin C party. Good for your immune system AND your smugness levels.

Original

The no-frills classic.

This is your baseline booch. No fruity flavours, no extra fluff. Just tea, culture, and a whole lot of "ahhh". Great if you want to go old-school or mix it with your own mocktail magic.

Gut tip: Pure fermented tea = pure gut power. Drink it daily, feel smug always.

Organic Ginger

Fire in the belly, fizz in the soul.

Warm, spicy, and seriously satisfying. This one gives you that inner glow without the hangover. It’s got a proper ginger kick but still smooth enough to smash cold.

Gut tip: Ginger helps digestion, eases nausea, and wakes up your metabolism. Basically, your gut’s favourite wingman.

So, Who’s Behind Blighty Booch?

This isn’t a faceless drinks company. Mark and Alana, a pair of artists from Conwy, were bored of the bland booch on the market. So, like any good rebels, they started brewing their own with no shortcuts, no pasteurising, and no fake ingredients.

They went all-in on:

Organic ingredients (certified by the Soil Association)

Old-school fermentation using a living SCOBY

Small batch brewing with big batch flavour

Sustainability and good vibes all round

Now they’re winning awards left, right, and centre, including a Great Taste Award and Artisan Business of the Year.

They're sending proper kombucha love from North Wales to the rest of the UK.
